Let's go over the Terms and Conditions when shopping with us.

- Most items in our shop are custom and handmade with the most love and care. However, there may be slight imperfections that do not prevent the item from being used or functional as it is intended to be. Therefore, items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please reach out to us within 2 days of receiving your order with any concerns or issues you may have with your order. After 3 days we will not be able to accept any requests regarding your order. When reaching out to us please be sure to include your name, order# in the description box, any photos (highly recommended) and a brief message about the issue. Allow up to 3 business days for someone to contact you and follow up. Please do not send multiple emails as all customer service concerns are handled in the order they are received. 

- Shipping times can vary based on several factors. Not including the shipping timeframe, processing times can be anywhere from 3-5 business days and sometimes 10-15 business days during peak times such as PreSales or during the Holidays. After your order has shipped, we are not responsible for missing, lost/stolen, or packages damaged during transit. This also includes packages shipped to an incorrect address you provided during checkout. Please email budgetsandcents1@gmail.com and provide your order# and the correct address within 24 hours of placing your order so we can correct it.

- If you receive any freebies that are with your order cannot be replaced or exchanged. Sending freebies are based upon what we have available at the time of your purchase and are not mandatory with every order.
